As the days grow longer and the first signs of spring emerge, we are eagerly preparing to welcome guests back to Lupin Dining & Pantry for another unforgettable season. There’s an undeniable excitement in the air as we work behind the scenes, bringing together the many elements that make our farm-to-table experience so special.
The Rhythm of Reopening
Reopening a seasonal restaurant is a delicate balance of planning, preparation, and passion. While we’ve been closed to guests, the work never truly stops.
From refreshing the space to planning an exciting new menu, every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure that when our doors open, we are ready to deliver the warm hospitality and inspired dining our guests have come to love.
One of the most exciting aspects of this time of year is menu development. Our approach at Lupin is deeply rooted in the seasonality of ingredients, meaning our menu is shaped by what’s available from our garden and local producers. Every head of lettuce, bundle of herbs, and edible flower plays a role in our dishes, bringing vibrant flavors and freshness straight from the farm to your plate.
